Everyday Herbalism Fast Track (EHFT) is our group program that we have run since 2017 for health service practitioners (and consumers) who want access and a direct pathway to a trustworthy source for proper techniques using herbs, proper ways to prepare herbs, appropriate ways to mix herbs, herb replacements for OTC, herb synergies with OTC and natural solutions for general and common everyday health concerns (so that the client/patient can do more at home between other service sessions) including:
